1. Purpose and scope

Creator Credits are prepaid units that a creator may buy from To Donate to activate or accept eligible premium media features in viewer messages. These terms supplement the Terms of Use and apply to each credit purchase made through the creator account.

2. Purchase and grant

Purchases are made through Stripe Checkout on To Donate’s Stripe account. The selected pack, euro price, and currency are shown before purchase. Current packs are 50 credits for €3.99, 100 credits for €7.50, and 300 credits for €21.50. To Donate does not grant credits merely because the browser returns to the dashboard; the payment must be confirmed and reconciled by the payment provider.

3. Use and costs

Credits are consumed when the creator accepts eligible premium media features: an audio message costs 1 credit and a video message costs 3 credits. The applicable cost is recorded with the usage. A reservation may be made while a message payment is pending to prevent duplicate consumption; the reservation becomes a final debit only when the product conditions are met.

4. Validity and balance

Credits do not expire and remain associated with the creator account while it exists, subject to use, reversal, fraud correction, or legal requirements. Credits cannot be converted into money, transferred to another account, used to pay a donation, or withdrawn by the creator. A negative balance may arise after a purchase reversal; future purchases will first settle that balance.

5. Refunds and disputes

Refunds, cancellations, and disputes may remove credits granted for that purchase after the provider confirms the applicable event. To Donate may keep the resulting balance negative. Where the buyer acts as a consumer, applicable mandatory rights remain protected. Immediate delivery during the 14-day period begins only after an express request and acknowledgement that, once performance begins, the buyer loses the right of withdrawal for the purchase. Confirmation of that consent is sent by email after payment.

6. Suspension and changes

To Donate may temporarily suspend credit purchases, use, or grants for security, fraud, provider failure, breach of these terms, or legal reasons. We may change packs, prices, feature costs, or rules for future purchases without retroactively changing the frozen values of a confirmed purchase, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

7. Liability

Credits do not guarantee continuous availability, message approval, stream duration, or a commercial result. To Donate may limit or moderate premium media under the Terms of Use and security rules. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
